Recording meetings Imprimer Envoyer

Why would a meeting be recorded? Most people make notes and in larger organisations there is allways a secretary to write everyting down in shorthand. International conferences provide every speaker with a microphone, or put a microphone at the interruption table. For most other organisations however, recording of business meetings was hardly posible.

The benefits of high quality recordings are obvious. Every word spoken in the meeting is recorded and archived, it can be played back, sent by e-mail or put on USB memory stick.  To make these recordings there is no need to provide every speaker with a microphone. The high quality, very sensitive Vidicode equipment can record up to 20 people in a meeting with only two microphones and it will also capture low voice that is far away form the microphone. There will never be any misunderstanding as to what was said and by whom it was said. Difficult discussions can be listened to over and over again for a better understanding. Business partners could be provided with the actual recording and last but not least, recording a meeting will make it a lot easier to write the minutes as tags can be placed, while recording, using a remote control.
